I got to go on exchanges with Hermana Wade! She's the sweetest girl of life. It was like a flash back from the past. She came here to Grandview and we only got lost a little bit. Knocked a lot because most all of our lessons fell though. But we had some good ol' Mother/Daughter time. (Also, Hermana Wade just got called to train again so I'm getting a little sister!!)
We had a super powerful District council on the importance of bearing testimonies. People can try to logically talk the gospel wrong, but it is very hard to deny a heartfelt testimony of what we know to be true.
We were tracting in this one super ghetto part of our area and there were a bunch of dogs. Two of them tried to attack us, but this other dog faught them off! We named him Paco. He also followed us around tracting and back to our car. That happens more often than you think haha! So many random dogs everywhere.
Church was really good. We went to the Enlgish ward for sacrament meeting to watch all the RCs pass the sacrament for the first time. Also It was Elder Hutchens' first time passing as well. (He's a convert, got baptized when he was 19) It was so cool! The spirit was so strong and it was super cool to watch them all. Elder Hutchens was so terrified he was going to spill everything all over! But he did great. Niki and Apolonio were the only one's that came to church. That was a little frustrating. I wish people didn't have to work so they could come to church. booo work.
Anyways that was my week. Enjoy some cool hip pics. Oh! BTW, It's transfers and I'm staying in Grandview and receiving Hermana Lopez. Hermana Doxey is headed to East Kennewick. Love you all bunches!!
