I had a cool subject line but I forgot it and now life is hard #BLNT May 16, 2016

Hello Everyone!

This past week I went on exchanges with Hermana Smith in Benton City. Super fun! Benton is the cutest little town. The county is amazing and I love the cute towns! We had lunch at a taco truck. I hadn't been to a taco truck since Pasco, so that was very nice. I loooove tacos. Hermana Smith just got put into Benton City so we kind of drove around getting lost a lot, haha. We eventually found our way to one of their LAs House. They also had a way cool Relief Society activity that night. They had an around the world presentation. People talked about Peru, Australia, Japan, all over! (Also I am never going to Australia...too many things that can kill me. She talked about spider and snakes in her house stories for like 15 minutes) Suuuper fun!

We also had Zone Conference this week. We had to wake up at five am so we could be there at eight for car inspections! ahhh. Thus is the life of living in the middle of no where. WE actually have a walmart five minutes away, it's just out of the mission...booo. We talked a lot about working with members. The stake presidents in our mission adore the missionaries. We have some really good members and they want us to push them even harder to come out with us more. We also talked a lot about the faith of The Brother of Jared. One quote that I love is, "If we are to have the faith of (The missionaries of old) we must believe what they believed, know what they knew, and lived as they lived." I don't know who it is by, it's just on this pump up song we have.

Investigators are going well. Serviano relapsed on his drinking, so we are still working with him to understand the atonement more in his life. Rosalinda came to church with one of her sons Daniel. They are super sweet. We had a lesson with Rosalinda and she invited her friend and her brother. They agreed to read and pray about the Book of Mormon, so that's wonderful! It was super awkward because during the lesson Rosalinda and her brother, Jose, we making jokes about how he's only agreeing to read and pray because we are cute. #awks he also tried to give me a hug afterward #evenmoreawks

Love you all bunches. Tengan una bien semana! Les Quiero!
